1. Who handles your information
eLand, Lda is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Its contact address is Rua Carlos Charbel, 39A, Loja, Cacém, Portugal. You may write to this address, use the contact form or reply to a response to your enquiry. State “Privacy request” in your message when exercising a data protection right. You do not need to submit the acquisition form or make its acknowledgement to exercise your rights by post.
2. Information we collect
- Acquisition enquiries: your name, work email, company, offer amount and currency, message, selected area of interest and originating concept. Your role and phone number are optional.
- Document acknowledgement: confirmation that you read and understood the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, the versions shown and the submission time.
- Optional analytics: after you allow analytics, concept views, enquiry-button clicks, form-start and successful-submit events, their times and campaign parameters. Event records do not include what you type or your contact details.
- Security: a short-lived form token and network-derived rate-limit keys help detect automated abuse. The application does not store raw IP addresses in enquiry or analytics records. Hosting providers may process connection information to deliver and secure the service.
Without analytics consent, campaign parameters are not stored with your enquiry; only the business concept from which you opened the form is retained to provide context.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Enquiry information is used to respond and take steps you request before a possible transaction. Where you contact us on behalf of a company, the basis is the legitimate interest in handling business communications. Security and acknowledgement records support the legitimate interests in preventing misuse and documenting the information presented with an enquiry.
Optional analytics depend on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time through Cookie settings. The form acknowledgement is separate from that choice and does not waive privacy rights. Enquiries are not used to subscribe you to marketing, sell contact lists or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Who can access the information
Enquiries are accessible to the operator and authorised people handling acquisition discussions. Technical providers deliver hosting, access security and database storage, including Netlify for website hosting and private record storage. Enquiry notifications are transmitted through the operator’s own email server to the account designated to handle them. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary for a legal claim.
Provider infrastructure may involve processing outside your country. The location and transfer arrangements depend on the hosting services used. You may ask the operator for the applicable processing and transfer information. No independent advertising or marketing service is connected to this website.
6. How long information is kept
Enquiries and their acknowledgement records are kept for the period necessary to handle the discussion, conclude any resulting transaction, and meet applicable legal or dispute-related requirements. The relevant criteria are the status of the enquiry, the last meaningful contact and any obligation requiring continued retention.
Cookie choices expire after 180 days. Form tokens are valid for at most 24 hours and rate-limit keys expire after 30 minutes; expired security records are removed by a daily cleanup task. Optional analytics records older than 90 days are also removed by this daily task. Copies of enquiries in the operator’s mailbox follow the same enquiry-retention criteria above.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw optional analytics consent through Cookie settings without submitting a form. Requests to exercise other rights may require proportionate identity verification.
You may complain to the supervisory authority where you live or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred. In Portugal, this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD). See the General Data Protection Regulation for the legal framework.
8. Providing data and policy changes
The marked fields are needed to assess and answer an acquisition enquiry. Optional fields can be left blank. If you do not supply the required details, the acquisition form cannot be submitted.
The date above identifies the current policy. Material changes to optional processing will require a new cookie choice. Contact the operator if you need an explanation of this policy or assistance with a privacy request.
